first. then time for american league it david battista. robinson all set to show off their power. keep an eye what's happening throughout this hour. first from fox this monday night, we're hearing some fresh backlash over the casey anthony verdict. focusing on the 12 jurors who acquitted the central florida mother of killing her child. of the outrage is so strong this afternoon it's apparently driven one juror to leave the state of florida. remember last week that jury decided there simply wasn't enough evidence to convict casey anthony of murder. and she is going to walk free from jail this coming sunday or that's the plan. that triggered protests from people who argued she is getting off too easy. and they are directing some of their anger toward the members of the jury. the judge has said he is concerned about the jurors' safety. and so far he has kept their names a closely guarded secret. but that wasn't enough to reassure juror number 12.
7:03 pm
she has reportedly quit her job and left the sunshine state all together. in fact, her husband tells nbc news she is worried her co-workers are furious with her over the verdict and he says he accident know when his wife will feel safe up in to come back home. it's just not the members of the jury who could be at risk, they tell us. one of casey anthony's lawyers told her own greta van susteren his client faces some his client faces very serious threats to safety. >> she can't go anywhere. that is the most recognizable face in the country next to president obama. i don't know where she is going to be able to go. and we're not telling. and when or how or where. and he said that he is sure that casey is going to have problems for a very long time. "the fox report's" chief correspondent jonathan hunt live with us this afternoon. jonathan, casey's lawyer is also talking about her relationship with her own parents and, frankly, it does not sound good.
7:04 pm
>> it doesn't sound good at all, shep. also gave an interview toll abc news today. during that interview he was asked about the relationship between casey and her mother and father. george and cindy anthony. and he responded that that relationship is, quote: pretty well burned. although he said she may at some point have a relationship with her brother. not surprising that the relationship with her parents would be burned though, given that through her attorney, jose baez. they said that her father, george, had molested her when she was younger and that was the start of all her problems with all the serial lies and bizarre behavior she exhibited, shep. >> shepard: jonathan, back to the jurors' safety concerns. this judge could decide to release their names really at any time now, right? >> yeah, we're being told that there will be a decision likely this week. although that decision, of course, could be to hold on to those names for another few weeks or even months. in the meantime, more jurors are
7:05 pm
talking. the foreman of the jury in fact spoke to greta van susteren on the conditional that she and we did not identify him and he made it pretty clear in that interview, shep, that he was uncomfortable with the verdict they felt that they had to reach, listen. >> when i had to sign off on the verdicts, the sheet tawas given to me, there was a feeling of disgust knowing that my signature and her signature were going to be there on the same sheet. >> he repeated what other jurors have said there simply wasn't the evidence they felt for them to bring about a guilty verdict against casey anthony, shep. >> shepard: jonathan, a central florida television station is trying to get the court to release the video evidence which we're told could be explosive. >> yeah, very interesting evidence, if we ever get to see it. it is video shot in the orange county jail on december 11th, 2008. that is the day and the video is of the moment when casey anthony
7:06 pm
was told that caylee's body had been found. the judge ruled future under seal when it was first made aware to him that it video existed. it may now be released if this local tv station has their way. and obviously that would be fascinating for us all to see, shep. >> shepard: the most inflammatory piece of evidence according to the judge in the entirety of the trial. can you catch the rest of greta's interview with juror number 11 and with casey's attorney tonight 10:00 eastern time and, again, at 10:00 p.m. pacific right here on fox news channel. >> because when you have got to know the news, you have got to go to greta. want to visit the memorial for caylee anthony better bring walking shoes. they are banning cars on the road that lead to that memorial it was getting too much to much traffic and becoming dangerous for people walking there the memorial sits about 20 feet off the road. not far from casey anthony's house. it's been getting a steady stream of visitors according to

7:08 pm
g.o.p. leaders on spending cuts and that he is willing to take significant heat from his own party. now, he says it's time for republicans to do the same. the president used himself as an example as really someone who can afford to give up a few tax dollars. >> i do not want and i will not accept a deal in which i am asked to do nothing in fact, i'm able to keep hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional income that i don't need. if you don't have revenues, it means you are putting more of a burden on the people who can least afford it. and that's not fair. i think the american people agree with me on that. >> the american people understand that tax hikes destroy jobs. the last thing we should be doing right now at a time of 9.2% unemployment, is enacting more government policies that will destroy jobs. but the american people will not and the house cannot pass a bill
